- Elders and Diaconate Workshop 2009 March 6

The annual Christmount Elders and Diaconate Workshop, co-sponsored
with Lexington Theological Seminary.
Dr. Jerry Sumney, Professor of Biblical Studies at LTS, will return
as the keynote speaker. His theme will be "The Different Views of
Jesus in the Four Gospels." Discussion will include how what the
different portrayals of Jesus in each Gospel influences how we think
about him.
In addition to the two keynote lectures, participants will sign up
for two skillshops, one on Saturday morning and one after lunch
Saturday afternoon. Skillshop information is available online at

Participants are also asked to go to Christmount's home page and

to find out what to bring as part of the event.
Cost for the event: Single - $119.25; Double - $96 (per person);
Triple - $88.25 (per person). The event begins with dinner on Friday
evening at 6:00 and ends after worship on Saturday afternoon around
3:30.
Registration deadline is February 27.
